For the 2016 meeting in Hollywood, Florida, Sentergroup was charged with making the conference feel fresh and exciting, an extra challenge given that the group had been to the same venue just two years prior. What resulted was an event that felt cohesive and well-designed, produced with beautiful imagery that made an impact.

While Sentergroup wanted to ensure the onsite experience felt fresh and exciting to attendees, the groundwork was laid much earlier. The first major impact was made with an advance program mailing. This mailing used bright colors to enhance the theme and highlight important pieces of information. It also featured a unique pull-out schedule.

The graphic theme carried through to the mobile app. Attendee email reminders included exciting features like a countdown clock, and again, used many of the same graphical elements to stay within the event feel.

Once at the meeting, attendees were greeted by a cohesive and stunning space that highlighted the meeting’s brand, including large signage, an exciting opening video, a comprehensive print program, and an impressive general session stage. View the conference video with password body16.
